Create a new instance

Parameters:

hasDisconnect - true if and only if the channel has the disconnect() operation that allows a user to disconnect and then call ChannelOutboundInvoker.connect(SocketAddress) again, such as UDP/IP.

Create a new instance

Parameters:

hasDisconnect - true if and only if the channel has the disconnect() operation that allows a user to disconnect and then call ChannelOutboundInvoker.connect(SocketAddress) again, such as UDP/IP.

defaultMaxMessagesPerRead - If a MaxMessagesRecvByteBufAllocator is in use, then this value will be set for MaxMessagesRecvByteBufAllocator.maxMessagesPerRead(). Must be > 0.
