Deprecated.

Use ClientCookieDecoder or ServerCookieDecoder instead. Decodes an HTTP header value into Cookies. This decoder can decode the HTTP cookie version 0, 1, and 2.

 String value = req.getHeader("Cookie");
 Set<Cookie> cookies = CookieDecoder.decode(value);
