Creates a new instance.

Parameters:

streamId - the Stream-ID of this frame

DefaultSpdyDataFrame

Creates a new instance.

Parameters:

streamId - the Stream-ID of this frame

data - the payload of the frame. Can not exceed SpdyCodecUtil.SPDY_MAX_LENGTH
