Create a new instance

Parameters:

bossExecutor - the Executor to use for server the NioServerBoss

bossCount - the number of NioServerBoss instances this NioServerBossPool will hold

determiner - the ThreadNameDeterminer to use for name the threads. Use null if you not want to set one explicit.
