Netty/Incubator/Codec/Quic 0.0.2.Final released

I am happy to announce the release of netty-incubator-codec-quic 0.0.2.Final. This release adds support for Unreliable Datagram Extension. Beside this it also contains a few bug-fixes related to handling AUTO_READ.
